Come join chef Carmine and Aunt Melina in the
months of May and June to learn how to hand-make
pasta and prepare it according to the antique
local traditions. We will hold two lessons during
the week. On the first day we will cover fresh
pasta making and the Ragu sauces
of Cilento, on the next day we will review typical
vegetarian recipes, the so-called
"Poor Dishes of Cilento", which are
surprisingly simple in ingredients but incredibly
rich
in flavour. At the end of the lessons you will
delight in tasting the dishes prepared in class.
